Summary: The home was sparkling clean, and anything we couldn't find was promptly provided. Any questions to the host were replied to almost immediately. The housekeeper kept the children entertained by folding the towels into a different design or animal each day (swans, turtles, etc) and it was a perfect place to meet up with friends for several days of meetings and connections. The view of the bay is absolutely incredible, and it suited our needs perfectly. We would love to return someday!

Summary: Having a cooking and cleaning crew is a game-changer for any house booking!! Vicky and Minerva are sooo nice and attentive and their cooking is truly next level. I grew up in Mexico and know what good cooking taste like, this is it. A few more noteworthy comments: - House has a very nice view, not so much from the pool but still great - AC in the rooms works great - Pool size is on the smaller side but still so refreshing and great for kids since it’s a bit shallow - Lots of stairs to go in and out of the house. Not a big deal unless you bring someone elderly or with mobility problems - If you’re driving, the entrance to the garage is kinda sketchy if you’re coming from Punta diamante, but that’s an issue for all hotels and restaurants in that area. On the other hand, location is great since you’re pretty much in between Punta Diamante and Zona Hotelera. - House comes with a regular sized fridge and a Huge commercial fridge, which was great to store all the refreshments be bought at the store

Summary: Apart from the view and the extensive outdoor space I feel like the staff is what made our stay truly memorable. Minerva and Vicky, took such good care of us going well above our expectations. The food they prepared was fresh and absolutely delicious. They kept our place very clean and added little personal touches. Unfortunately while we were there there was some unexpected construction going on that did cause some inconvenience and nuisance to us and we were not aware that the owner had a unit above us although they were not there during our stay. All that being said our overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: This was a fantastic stay for us Americans! The house is perched up on top of the mountain, so you get spectacular views of the city - I definitely recommend sunrise and sunset views. The Senoras of the house were incredibly warm and friendly and made the best authentic Mexican breakfast around (picaditas, chiliquilies, juevos rancheros, etc). My friends and I REALLY loved this entire experience, people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The certified taxis (the one's with the numbers on them) were safe, easy, and inexpensive to take as well (be sure to confirm price before jumping in). I can't tell you enough how great Acapulco and the Senora's were. 100% recommend!
